So you've made your plans to travel to Portland, Maine in August. You have your hotel reservations. Next question is, "What do I wear!?" We'll try and make it easy for you.
August 7 will be a bright beautiful day, so be prepared for some sun and warmth during the day. However, once the sun goes down, it can get a bit chilly. So, ladies, please be prepared with a shawl, pashmina, or light jacket. Gentlemen, you should be fine in your shirt/jacket. Additionally, since the ceremony takes place on the beach, high heels may not be the best idea, unless you have extensive practice walking on sand in high heels. We will have sunblock and bug spray available if needed as well. Overall, the wedding isn't formal, so have fun with the attire. No tuxedos please!
